Meet The Owner…

Hello friends! My name is Amber, I am the owner of Amber Rene as well as the creator and designer of each handmade product that represents my business. My inspiration came from another designer that I met at a Mother’s Day fair in Reno, Nevada in May of 2019. She was selling semi-precious gemstone stretch bracelets that were designed for aromatherapy purposes. I loved their bracelet ideas but wasn’t fond of the aromatherapy aspect due to sinus sensitivity nor did I want oil all over my wrist. I questioned how easy would it be to make non-aromatherapy bracelets? The following weekend I bought some cheap beads and attempted to make a few bracelets. I had so much fun making them and got a lot of positive feedback from folks so I started brainstorming ideas and my small business was born shortly after. I quickly gravitated towards semi-precious gemstone beads and began creating gorgeous, but simple bracelets that had a feel good vibe. My creative juices started flowing after other ideas were being requested and I started making earrings, attachments and necklaces. Seeing the satisfaction of my customers became an addiction and encouraged me to want to keep creating more designs. In April 2020 as the Coronavirus Pandemic was ramping up, I decided to put jewelry designing on hold and focused on making non-surgical, cotton face masks to help slow the spread of COVID-19.  Sewing opened up a different level for me and I started making crossbody bags and handbags. Then I took another plunge buying a Cricut Maker 3 which opened yet another level of crafting. Now we can make removable and permanent decal stickers and iron ons to customize our handbags, hats and T-Shirts. I also started making wreaths for all occasions and most recently I been practicing sewing clothing as well as playing with resin molds. So far it has been an amazing adventure and I hope to keep making fun products that bring joy to my customers…
